Winter Session: Fridays at 9:30 AM, February 7 - March 13, 2020
Programmed for babies up to 18 months and their caregivers. One child per adult. Stimulate your baby’s senses, grow your baby’s brain, and begin early literacy with short books, songs, rhythm, and lap bounces while using manipulatives to reinforce learning. This program is tailored to the very short attention span of a very young, very specific audience and lasts 15-20 minutes. There will be an additional 5-10 minutes of Baby Book Share time at the end. Be prepared to sit on the floor in a circle.
Please note: Love Bug Lapsit Storytime is geared for one-on-one parent-baby interactions and older children are not permitted to attend the program.
Programmed for ages 3-6. Includes stories, songs, fingerplays, and puppets. Approximately 30 minutes every Wednesday at 10:30 AM and 11:30 AM. No regular storytimes during June or July.
Programmed for ages 18 months to 3 years. Includes 15-20 minutes of stories, songs, fingerplays, and puppets followed by toy box play time for building social skills.
