Story Times

We are following CDC guidelines so REGISTRATION is required.  Our small group story times will have a maximum of 10 total for adults and children per program.  Please REGISTER Each child and adult individually who will be attending the sessions via the  website calendar  below!   

Current offerings for in-person story times @ Main Library

Weekly Preschool Storytime With Ms. Liz on Thursdays @ either session # 1 10:00-10:30 OR  Sessions #2 10:45-11:15

Weekly Preschool Storytime with Ms. Stephanie on Fridays @ either session # 1 10:00-10:30 OR  Sessions #2 10:45-11:15

Starting at beginning of August 2021

Weekly Toddler Time! with Ms. Barbara on Tuesdays @ either session #1 10:00-10:30 OR Session #2 10:45-11:15 

Weekly Snuggle Bug Babies with Ms. Marie on Fridays @ either sessions # 1 10:00-10:20 am OR session #2 10:30-10:50

  • Ms. Stephanie Story Time on Monday @ 10am & Tuesday @ 7pm

Our priority is to protect everyone’s health and safety. Thank you for understanding!  Children 11 and under must always be accompanied by a caregiver.

Are You As Tall As A ? Animal Growth Chart

Explore the many animals on our growth chart such as Red fox, Koala, Gorilla, and more in Children’s Department. See if you Are as Tall as A … ? Snap a picture and tag us on social media! up until August 9th!

Tails and Tales June & July Sticker Mosaic Activity! Thank you to all who helped put stickers on our mosaic this summer! What a beautiful Chameleon! 

July Goldfish Guessing Jar 

animal crackers in a jarHow many animal crackers are in the Jar at the children's desk? Drop by the Main Library children's desk to grab a slip from July 1-31.  Fill it out with your best guess to the total and give it to us. If you have the closest guess, you could win the whole jar.


August Make And Take Kits - These free kits are filled with a variety of activities for families to enjoy together. Quantities are limited, one kit per family. Enough supplies are included for multiple children. Available for pickup starting Friday August 2nd .

Thank You For All The Build A Tale Lego Submissions Summer 6 2021Lego Creations Build a Tale Contest voting has ended! Thank you to those kids who submitted creative and fun creations for the Summer Reading Build a Tale Lego Contest. Winners are being contacted directly to pick up their prize. All Lego creation submissions can now be picked up at the library along with a small token of our appreciation for participating. Missed the June lego contest?   Look for more details soon on our upcoming August Lego contest  coming soon!
