Tax Forms at the Library
Tax year 2019 forms currently AVAILABLE at the main library in Franklin:
- 1040 / 1040-SR Booklets
- 1040 / 1040-SR Instructions
- Form 1096
Additional schedules and forms can be downloaded and printed from the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) website. Reference staff will help you download and print forms at the Library for 10 cents a page. Find information about the State of Tennessee individual tax form (Hall Income Tax).
