VIRTUAL Program: Inner and Outer Peace Through Meditation

Within us all lie resources we never knew we had – wisdom, fearlessness, love and happiness. Learn how meditation can help us access these qualities and improve our lives. Arvind Naik will present a simple effective meditation technique that will help us tap into inner resources. There will be a short meditation sitting. Arvind frequently gives workshops on meditation, discussing how incorporating it into our daily routine can help us develop physically, mentally, and spiritually. Arvind has led a meditation program at Target and regularly speaks at local community centers. He was invited by the Columbia Heights Police Department to give talks on how meditation can help the officers with their day-to-day stress.
