Thursday, January 14, 2021
Work, the news and the world around us all vie for our attention, causing distress. Join Zelma Chamberlain, M.Ed., as she discusses the benefits of meditation in reclaiming peace of mind and teaches a simple meditation technique. We’re offering this program online so you can safely participate at home. The day before the event, we’ll send a link so you can join on your phone, tablet or computer. Check your email when registering so you’ll be sure to get the link. Zelma is a retired educator with 20 years of experience working with a non-traditional school population. She has been meditating for over 35 years and has found it to be the key to living a life of peace and love and allows her to navigate life’s challenges with grace and serenity. Zelma is a National Women’s Retreat Coordinator for a non-profit organization and facilitates women’s retreats, teaching a meditative technique that is widely respected. Her presentations are engaging and resonate with practical experiences.
