The Main Library and the Old Glory Chapter of the Daughters of the American Revolution are celebrating the anniversary of the United States Constitution.
Join them in the Children's Department for live performances including a balloon artist and special appearances by Alexander Hamilton. The ringing of the bells will at 3 o'clock and end the party.
