Join Zelma Chamberlain, M.Ed., a long-time meditator, on January 15 at 6:00 pm.
She will demonstrate the benefits of meditation, helps us learn to bring joy and relaxation into our daily lives and enable us to begin the New Year with a peaceful state of mind. She will guide us through a meditation exercise at the end.
Ms. Chamberlain facilitates and presents meditation programs throughout the country, teaching a meditative technique that is widely respected and provides numerous benefits.
