[ARCHIVED] Programming Canceled at Williamson County Public Library System Branches

Alert sign with word importance

The number one priority of Williamson County Public Library System (WCPLS) is the safety and well-being of our patrons and employees.  In light of guidance from the CDC and public health authorities, until further notice, the following guidelines will be used by WCPLS.

*All Branches will remain open for use by individuals.  All regular operating hours will remain in effect.  We would ask that for your own health and for the benefit of other patrons, if you are exhibiting symptoms or have a fever, please refrain from visiting in person and utilize our online resources.

*In an effort to prevent community transmission, WCPLS is cancelling all organized programming and non-essential gatherings at all Branches effective March 14, 2020.  This includes all programs, story times, and groups meeting such as the Teen Advisory Group.

*WCPLS will continue to review best practices and make additional enhancements as needed in order to promote the health of our patrons and employees.

If you have questions about the events and activities affected by this please visit our website at www.wcparksandrec.com.

Thank you for your patience and understanding of this matter.
