Join local members of the Old Glory Chapter of the Daughters of the American Revolution (DAR) as they partner with the Williamson County Public Library and Blue Bell in a celebration marking this historical marker in our nation's history, the creation and signing of the American Constitution.
The celebration includes:
- Welcome Ceremony: 2:00 in the Meeting Room with the Sons of the American Revolution Posting the Colors, the Proclamation, & music by Old Glory Chorus
- Franklin Belles: 2:30 near the Information Desk
- Family Activities: 2:15-3:45
- Selfie Station: at the Children’s Area entrance
- Balloon Animals & Face Painting: in the Activity Room
- Scavenger Hunt: in the Children’s Area
- Founding Father Quiz & Coloring: in the Story Theater
- Cake & Blue Bell Ice Cream: in the Activity Room
- Poster Contest Information: in the Activity Room
- Meet James Madison: roaming until 3:45
- Grand Finale: Bells Across America! 3:50 gather on the front porch to receive a bell for a simultaneous ringing at 4:00
