All About the Libby App

Meet Libby, image of girl with a blue bow with one eye hidden behind bangs, smiling with an open bk

The OverDrive app is retiring in February 2022. Everyone will be downloading eBooks and eAudiobooks on their smartphones or tablets using the Libby app.

Bring your device and your library card with you for a hands-on demonstration of the setup and downloading process.  Registration is required and we will be offering the class on Fridays to help everyone meet Libby.

All Library programs are free and open to the public. Call the Library at 615-595-1243 or email reference.library@williamsoncounty-tn.gov if you have questions or want to cancel a registration. Please note that classes with fewer than 2 registered to attend will be canceled.

Please note: If you have the Overdrive app, you can still use it but it will no longer be available in app stores and will no longer be supported by its creators. It will be inevitable that new devices will be unable to run it or if you lose it, you will not be able to get it again.  Also as it will be unsupported, there may be security risks? Best be prepared!
