Williamson County Writer's Group

photo of hand holding fountain pen over paper reading It was a dark and stormy night.

The Vision of the Williamson County Writers Group is to be a resource for individuals in Middle Tennessee who want to explore and share their talents and aspirations as writers.

The Mission of the Williamson County Writers Group is to provide advice, encouragement, insight, and counsel to writers, fledgling and seasoned, through commentary and critique of complete or partial works (fiction, non-fiction, essays, poetry) presented in an open forum.

The members of the group have passion for the written word as an art form, a desire to share their work, and are committed to providing thoughtful feedback and constructive critique to other writers.

The Williamson County Writers Group is gratefully supported by the Williamson County Library where the group meets on the first and third Saturdays of the month, between 10:00am and 1:00pm.  Stop by the Reference Desk for directions to the meeting.
