Kids ages 6-12 are invited to come read with Zeus, a trained therapy dog on August 27. There's nothing like the loving affirmation from a therapy dog to encourage children in learning to read. This practice helps them gain confidence in reading and reading aloud. Each child that registers gets 10 minutes to read with her.
Children must be accompanied by an adult. Attendance is limited with registration required. Please sign up all children in your family who will be reading to assure they each have time to read to Zeus.
