Join Ankaj Goel, a longtime meditator, as he discusses the extraordinary effect of meditation to reduce stress-related responses, improve concentration, and enhance the clarity of thought and mental equilibrium. He will present a simple, time-tested, ancient, and effective meditation technique and will offer a short meditation sitting.
Ankaj Goel is a Quality Assurance Manager in the Healthcare Industry and has many years of experience in problem-solving and quality assurance. He currently develops test strategies for applications and data products. Ankaj was educated as a mechanical engineer. He has been meditating for over 10 years and conducting meditation workshops for the past 5 years. He leads meditation programs at his work as part of a wellness club, where he teaches meditation as a tool to reduce stress. Ankaj also teaches teenagers in the community about the benefits of meditation. He is married and has a son.
