How much is it to replace a damaged item?

Borrowers are responsible for paying the replacement cost of damaged or lost materials. If the retail price of an item is more or less than the automatically assessed fine, circulation staff may adjust the replacement cost lower or higher as appropriate for the Library's replacement cost. A processing fee of $5.00 is assessed per Library item. A receipt will be issued to the borrower at the time the Library receives full payment for all amounts owed.
