  • Computers are available throughout the library.  There are computers for children in the Children's Department, for teens in the Teen Department, adults in the Reference Department, and geneaologist and local history researchers in the Special Collections Department.

  • Yes, ask at the Reference Desk on the second floor at the Main Library and the service desk at Branch locations for a free one day guest pass.

    Select WCPL-Public at the Main Library in Franklin.  There will be an Aero-Hive website that opens with a library user agreement form to read.  Click if you agree to abide by the agreement and proceed to the website you wish to visit.

  • Your personal identification number aka PIN is the last four digits of your Library card number located just below the barcode on your Library card.

  • To change your PIN, log in to your Library account on our website using the MY ACCOUNT button in the upper left corner of the photo of the Main Library. Once you are logged in, there is a menu of buttons on the left of your screen. Click CHANGE MY PASSWORD.  You can then change it to a minimum of 4 numerals.  

    Library staff cannot tell you what your PIN or password is.  Once you change it, it is encrypted.  Library staff will revert it back to the last 4 digits of your Library card upon request. You can then change it yourself via your account options on the Library website.

  • Yes, we have a black and white, monochrome, printer, and printouts cost 10 cents per page.  We also have a color printer and printouts are $1.00 per page.  The vending machine used for payments is cash only, five dollar bills or smaller.

    1. Scan or enter your Library card account number at the Print Release Station.
    2. Select the print jobs to be printed.
    3. Add the appropriate amount of cash funds to the vending machine, $5 or less.
    4. Click Print.
    5. Take your change from the vending machine.
    6. Pick up your printouts from the printer.

    How to print from a laptop or desktop computer:

    • When printing remotely or at the library: open your browser, go to print.princh.com and enter the 6-digit printer ID to select the printer (find ID below).

    • Adjust the settings.
    • Enter your email address.
    • Proceed to the Print Release Terminal to pay for and finalize your print job.

    How to print from tablet or smartphone app: 

    When printing at the library: locate the print guide poster near the printer and scan the QR code.

    • When printing remotely or at the library: open your browser, go to print.princh.com.  Enter the 6-digit printer ID to select the printer at the location where you want to retrieve your print job:

    • Upload your document(s).
    • Adjust the settings.
    • Enter your email address.
    • Proceed to the Print Release Terminal to pay for and finalize your print job.

    How to print from a tablet or smartphone app: 

    • Visit your device’s ‘store’ for apps, install and launch the Princh App.
    • When printing at the library: locate the print guide poster near the printer and scan the QR code.
    • When printing remotely: open your browser, go to print.princh.com, and enter the 6-digit printer ID to select the printer
