Your default personal identification number (PIN) is the last four digits of your Library card number located just below the barcode on your Library card. Once you have logged in, we recommend changing it to a number known only to you.
Forget what your pin is? Contact us at 615-595-1277 and we will reset it for you.
To change your PIN, log in to your Library account on our website using the MY ACCOUNT button in the upper left corner of the photo of the Main Library. Once you are logged in, there is a menu of buttons on the left of your screen. Click CHANGE MY PASSWORD. You can then change it to a minimum of 4 numerals.
Library staff cannot tell you what your PIN or password is. Once you change it, your PIN is encrypted. Library staff will revert it back to the last 4 digits of your Library card upon request. You can then change it yourself via your account options on the Library website.
