Meditation for Stress Relief

Join Ankaj Goel, a longtime meditator, as he discusses the extraordinary effect of meditation to reduce stress-related responses, improve concentration, and enhance clarity of thought and mental equilibrium. He will present a simple, time-tested, ancient, and effective meditation technique and will offer a short meditation sitting.

Ankaj Goel is a Quality Assurance Manager in the Healthcare Industry and has many years of experience in problem solving and quality assurance. He currently develops test strategies for applications and data products. Ankaj was educated as a mechanical engineer. He has been meditating for over 10 years and has been conducting meditation workshops for the past 5 years. He leads meditation programs at his work as part of a wellness club, where he teaches meditation as a tool to reduce stress. Ankaj also teaches teenagers in the community about the benefits of meditation. He is married and has a son.
