   This form is for first-time applicants and authors presently in the collection to update their information.  

   We request an autographed copy of the author's work. Submissions may be brought to the Special Collections Department on the second floor of the Main Library.

   The Library is not accepting AI-created works or works with any AI-created aspects. Books and their contents must be original works.  Submissions not added to the Local Author or circulating collection will be returned to the author.  If that is not possible, they may be donated to our Friends group.
