    With this form, adult patrons 18 years of age and older with a library card in good standing may pick out up to 5 seed packets per month.
    
    Once you pick up your seeds, your next request may be fulfilled at the beginning of the following month. Make your selections here. Requests are processed as received in chronological order. Seeds are available while supplies last. You may add two alternate requests in case supplies are depleted. 

    Seeds can be collected at the Reference Desk on the 2nd floor Monday to Thursday 9:00 to 7:30, Friday and Saturday 9:00 to 5:00, or Sunday 1:00 to 5:00. We cannot mail seeds. Seeds will be available 2 to 4 days after we receive your order.
