    We’re delighted to offer “Living with Alzheimer’s: For Caregivers (Middle Stage)” ONLINE Tues 6/23 at 1:30 so everyone can safely participate at home. The day before the event we’ll send a link to join on your phone, tablet or computer. Please check your email when registering so you’ll be sure to get the link. When you register, you can share questions you want our presenters to address during the program by typing them in the Special Needs box. If we can share your name with the Alzheimer’s Association, please also indicate this in the Special Needs box. The Association will only use your name for statistical purposes. In the middle stage of Alzheimer’s disease, those who were care partners now become hands-on caregivers. Learn helpful strategies to provide safe, effective, and comfortable care in the middle stage of Alzheimer’s Presented by the Alzheimer’s Association TN Chapter.
