Library programs are a core part of our services, offering educational, informational, and recreational opportunities for all ages. They help position the Library as a cultural and community hub, reflect community interests, and connect attendees with our wide range of resources and materials.
All library programs are free and open to the public regardless of library card registration status or residency.
Programming and event partnerships offer the Library valuable opportunities to connect with the community in meaningful ways. When collaborating with another organization on an event or initiative, we aim to establish clear expectations and share responsibilities. Together, we work to design programs that align with and support our strategic goals, adhere to our policy, and fulfill the missions of both partners.
Key Components of our Strategic Plan (2024-2027): Engage, Evolve and Excel.
Vision: Cultivate an environment for lifelong learning, growth and connection.
The library works toward an intentional programming schedule of events.
Partnering Requests should be submitted at least three to six months in advance of the requested event date. For example: A June 14 event date request may be made during the period of January-March 14.
Your request will be forwarded to our committee for review. If your proposed partnership aligns with our goals and we’re interested in moving forward, someone from our team will reach out to you for additional information and next steps. This process takes approximately 30 days.
