Main Library Meeting Spaces in Franklin
Meeting Spaces may be scheduled for non-commercial, public service, educational, and cultural functions. For-profit or purely social events are not permitted in the Meeting Spaces. The Library does not allow meetings to be held inside or outside of the facility without first satisfying all of the requirements set forth herein and all other Williamson County Library Policies.

Meeting Room: 80 chairs and 20 tables are available to configure to suit your needs. Groups should allot time in their reservation for set-up and arranging the room. There are two projectors. A Library laptop with an HDMI port is available upon request. It is set up to connect to the projectors. A microphone and podium are available upon request. Food and drink allowed.
Learning Center: 20 chairs and 10 small arrangeable tables are available. There are two projectors, one with HDMI connectivity for which a Library laptop has been set up to connect to it. Another projector is connected to a smart board for use with iOS devices. You will need an adapter for the HDMI cable. Food and drink are not allowed. Additional chairs are not allowed.
Williamson Room: This space is available on a first-come basis after opening. It houses our map collection and other collections so the public is always allowed entry to access these resources. There is 1 table with 4 chairs and casual seating for another 4 people. Food and drink are not allowed. Additional chairs are not allowed.
- The meeting spaces are available Monday through Sunday from thirty minutes after the library's official opening until 15 minutes before closing in the evening. It is the responsibility of the booking party to book enough time to set up and clean up before and after the day of their meeting. Access to the building will not be extended beyond open hours to the public.
- Groups that do not vacate the meeting spaces at the appropriate time may be denied future use.
- Allow 72 hours for a response to a reservation request.
